Cancellations (Before Shipment)

There is never a guarantee an order can be cancelled after you place it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel your order. Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
To initiate a return, email support@boatingtools.com with your order number
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@boatingtools.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Visible damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Almost all of our products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. If you have warranty questions regarding specific products, please contact us.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly. Our support team is available to help resolve concerns quickly and fairly. We are on your side and always do all that we can to help you and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
