Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 States (lower 48 states) of the USA and the District of Columbia (more commonly known as Washington, DC). 

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and payment authorization. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you by email and issue a refund if necessary.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped out the same or next day.
• Orders placed before 1PM CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship the next day.
  

Order Transit Time

• Transit Time: 1-6 business days
• Orders are shipped using tracked courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Orders will ship out same day or next day. Once the order ships, it will take between 1-6 Business Days to be delivered. (Estimated delivery after placing order is 1-7 Business Days)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • $9.95 on orders under $75

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, there is no guarantee and delays may occur. If there are any additional charges from our shipping companies because of this change, this will be paid by the customer. No Exceptions Apply.

Additional Information

• Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders
  
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information
• Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside our control
